Your Right of Withdrawal for Orders
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period for an order is 14 days from the date you received the product. If the product was received by a third party that you have designated and is not a carrier, the cancellation period begins from this date.

We will refund your payment within 14 days after we receive the returned products. Payment will be made using the same method you used to place the order and you will not be charged any fees for the refund process.

Return Conditions
In order for a product to be returned, it must meet the following conditions:

The product must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
The product must be in its original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or customized products
Products that are inherently non-returnable, perishable or expired
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons and have been opened after delivery.
Products that are inseparably mixed with other products after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet the above return conditions.

Only regular priced items can be returned. Sale or promotional items cannot be returned. However, due to applicable laws, this may not apply to you.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return. Therefore, we recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot issue a refund without proof of receipt of the item.

Gift Items
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves and returned it to you later, the refund will be made directly to the gift giver.
